Challenges
The client approached us to optimise their social media pages to increase their following and generate leads in the form of increased click through rates and skincare purchases. We also needed to increase their brand visibility, brand engagement, develop diversified and innovative content and foster strong brand-customer relationships.
Strategy
We conducted a social audit and competitor analysis to develop content pillars from which a content plan and content ideas could be derived. As well as determining the client’s tone-of-voice, to engage the target audience and foster a community. We also updated their social media pages to emphasise the client’s brand identity.
